Man Arrested for Indecent Liberties With Child in Woodbridge: Police
The man, 66, showed inappropriate photos of himself to a girl, 13, and propositioned her, say Prince William County Police.
WOODBRIDGE, VA — A man was arrested Friday for showing a 13-year-old girl inappropriate pictures of himself and also propositioning her multiple times while they shared the same home in Woodbridge, according to Prince William County Police.
Miguel Sandoval, 66, was charged with indecent liberties with a child.
Last Thursday, police began their investigation of inappropriate contact between Sandoval and the juvenile between January and December 2016.
