Man Arrested For Raping 12-Year-Old Family Member in Woodbridge: Police
She recently reported multiple assaults to a school staff member, according to Prince William County Police, who acted on the information.
WOODBRIDGE, VA — A man was arrested Friday for sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl — a family member — multiple times over the past two years, according to Prince William County Police.
Clemente Santillan, 37, of Woodbridge was charged with rape and aggravated sexual battery.
The victim recently shared the incidents with a school staff member, who contacted police.
