Man Exposes Himself To Female Driver In Dumfries: Police

DUMFRIES, VA—A man exposed himself to a fellow driver Wednesday in the area of Dumfries Road and Van Buren Road, according to Prince William County Police. Robert Nicholas Gonnella, 64, of the 1400 block of Kingsvale Circle in Herndon was charged with indecent exposure.

Around 11:45 a.m., a 29-year-old woman said she was driving in the aforementioned area when she saw an unknown man driving next to her. He exposed himself and made an obscene gesture. She immediately contacted police and provided a vehicle description, and police found him shortly thereafter sitting in the vehicle at a parking lot in the area of Minnieville Road and Spriggs Road.
