Man Exposes Himself To Girl Walking Home In Woodbridge: Police
A man exposed himself and made obscene gestures in front of a 13-year-old girl walking home from school in Woodbridge: PWC Police.

WOODBRIDGE, VA—A man was arrested after exposing himself and making obscene gestures in front of a 13-year-old girl late Wednesday afternoon in the area of York Drive and Richmond Avenue, according to Prince William County Police. Adan Melendez-Beltran, 34, of the 1400 block of Ranger Loop in Woodbridge, was charged with indecent exposure.
Around 5:15 p.m., police went to the area for a reported indecent exposure incident. The girl said she was walking home from school when she passed a blue car parked on the street. Inside was an unknown man exposing himself and making obscene gestures.
When Melendez-Beltran saw the girl, he immediately left while the girl walked back to her school and reported what she'd just seen. She also gave police the car's license plate number. Police found the man at his home and arrested him.
