Man Exposes Himself To Girl In Woodbridge: Police
A man has been arrested after inappropriately exposing himself to a female family member at a home in Woodbridge: PWC Police.
WOODBRIDGE, VA—A man has been arrested after inappropriately exposing himself to a female family member at a home in Woodbridge, according to Prince William County Police. Matthew James Pritchert, 20, of Woodbridge, was charged with indecent liberties with a child.
Last Friday, police joined Child Protective Services in investigating a reported sexual assault. They found that Pritchert allegedly touched and exposed himself to the girl on July 2 and 3.
