Man Exposes Himself To Older Woman In Woodbridge: Police

WOODBRIDGE, VA—A man in his 20s who exposed himself to a 70-year-old female acquaintance at a residence in the 4400 block of Tuscany Court was arrested Saturday, according to Prince William County Police. Joshua William Payne, 28, of the 10422 of Running Cedar Lane in Fredericksburg, was charged with indecent exposure.

Police began investigating the incident April 25 when the victim reported that on April 18, Payne was at her residence and exposed himself before leaving. She later confronted him about the incident and then contacted police, who obtained a warrant for his arrest. He turned himself in at police headquarters without incident.
