Man Exposes Himself At Shopping Center In Woodbridge: Police
A man is being held without bond after exposing himself Sunday afternoon in the parking lot of a Woodbridge shopping center: PWC Police.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A man is being held without bond after exposing himself Sunday afternoon in the parking lot of Prince William Square shopping center on Smoketown Road, according to Prince William County Police. Daniel Rami Elhage, 18, of the 5900 block of Founders Hill Road in Alexandria, was charged with indecent exposure.
Shortly before 3:30 p.m., police went to the shopping center after a report of the incident. They found that when the victim walked past the vehicle in which Elhage was sitting, he exposed himself and also made an obscene gesture. He was arrested without incident.
