Man Flashes Shoppers Outside Woodbridge Wegmans: Police
A man was arrested Tuesday after exposing himself and making an obscene gesture in a Wegmans parking lot in Woodbridge: PWC Police.

WOODBRIDGE, VA—A man was arrested Tuesday afternoon after exposing himself and making an obscene gesture in a Wegmans parking lot at 14801 Dining Way, according to Prince William County Police. Kahsai A. Tesfayonas, 81, of the 16500 block of Bramblewood Lane in Woodbridge, was charged with indecent exposure.
Shortly after 1:30 p.m., a woman, 46, told police she was walking through the parking lot and came upon an unknown man who exposed himself and made an obscene gesture. The woman notified security and gave police a description of the man, who was found shortly thereafter at another business.
