Man Pepper Sprayed Over Parking Spot In Woodbridge: Police

WOODBRIDGE, VA—A woman was arrested Saturday afternoon after assaulting a man in the face with pepper spray during a parking dispute in the 2700 block of Potomac Mills Circle, according to Prince William County Police. Danielle Ruth Russ, 26, of the 1900 block of Bunker Hill Road NE in Washington, DC, was charged with assault with a caustic substance.

Around 4:30 p.m., police responded to the area for a reported disorderly conduct incident. The man, 26, said he and people in another car were having a dispute over a parking spot. Then a woman got out of the other car and approached him. When he put his window down to speak with her, she zapped him in the face with the pepper spray.
