Man Rapes Child In Woodbridge: Police
A man was arrested Thursday for raping a 12-year-old girl multiple times at a Woodbridge residence: Prince William County Police.
WOODBRIDGE, VA—A man was arrested Thursday for raping a 12-year-old girl—a family member—multiple times between April and June 2018 at a Woodbridge residence, according to Prince William County Police. Jose Hector Gonzalez Ortiz, 35, of Woodbridge, was charged with two counts of rape and one count of abduction with intent to defile.
Police began investigating on Wednesday after being notified about the incidents. Ortiz is being held without bond.
