Man Sexually Assaults 9-Year-Old Girl in Woodbridge: Police
The victim is a family member, according to Prince William County Police, and the assaults occurred between September 2015 and last July 28.
WOODBRIDGE, VA — A man sexually assaulted a 9-year-old female member multiple times between September 2015 and last July 28, according to Prince William County Police.
Luis Felicito Vasquez, 65, of the 14300 block of Louisa Street, was arrested and charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery and is being held without bond.
The victim told a family member Vasquez had touched her inappropriately during the aforementioned time frame, and the family member contacted police.
