Man Shoots Into Crowded Vehicle, Wounds One in Woodbridge: Police
The man had gotten into an argument with those in the vehicle, became angry and then fired, according to Prince William County Police.
DUMFRIES, VA — A man got into an argument with several people in a vehicle early Sunday morning and then shot into the vehicle, striking one man, in the 15400 block of Wheatfield Drive, according to Prince William County Police.
The 19-year-old victim of Woodbridge suffered serious but they weren't life threatening.
Raquan Jamar Badie, 21, of the 13800 block of Delaney Road in Woodbridge, was charged with one count of malicious wounding, four counts of attempted malicious wounding, one count of use of a firearm in commission of a felony and one count of reckless handling of a firearm.
