Man Sought After Sleeping 14-Year-Old Touched, Photographed in Dumfries: Police
Suspect accused of sexual battery and production of child pornography, according to Prince William County Police.
DUMFRIES, VA — A man is wanted for inappropriately touching and photographing a 14-year old girl while she was sleeping last July, according to Prince William County Police.
Eduyn Misael Beltran-Romero, 43, of no fixed address and an acquaintance of the victim, is wanted for aggravated sexual battery and production of child pornography.
He's described as 5-5, about 170 pounds with a medium build, black hair and brown eyes.

On Oct. 11, detectives from the Special Victims Unit began an investigation into the incident. Soon thereafter, police found photographs that prompted obtaining arrest warrants.
