Man Sought For Filming Woman In Walmart Restroom In Dumfries

Authorities are looking for a man who slid a phone under a Walmart restroom stall to take pictures of a woman in Dumfries: PWC Police.

DUMFRIES, VA—Authorities are looking for a man who slid a cell phone under a restroom stall to take pictures of of a woman Saturday in the Walmart at 17041 Jefferson Davis Highway, according to Prince William County Police. He's described as white, middle-aged, 5-7, 160 pounds with a medium build, dark hair and a full beard. He was wearing a black shirt, grey jeans and round glasses.

Shortly before 5:30 p.m., police went to the store to check out a reported unlawful filming. They found that around 4:30 p.m., a 22-year-old was using the restroom when she saw "an unknown man slip a cell phone underneath the stall door and possibly record or photograph her."

She immediately ran out of the restroom and told a store employee. Police were contacted and searched the area to no avail. Anyone with information is urged to call police at 703-792-6500.
