Man Sought In Surprise Attack On Woman In Woodbridge
Authorities are looking for a man who jumped out of bush and assaulted a woman Wednesday morning in Woodbridge: PWC Police.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — Authorities are looking for a man who jumped out of bush and assaulted a woman Wednesday morning in the area of Walnut Street and Sycamore Street, according to Prince William County Police. He's described as black, 40-50, 6-0, 195 pounds with facial hair and wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, black sweatpants and gloves.
Shortly before 7 a.m., police responded to a reported assault. The woman said an unknown man jumped out of a bush and grabbed her before she broke free and ran to an area business and called police. Police searched for the suspect with a K-9 unit and a helicopter to no avail. Anyone with information is urged to call 703-792-6500.
