Man Sought For Terrorizing Woman In Woodbridge: Police
Authorities are looking for a man who threatened a woman with a gun after strangling her at a home late Sunday in Woodbridge: PWC Police.

WOODBRIDGE, VA—Authorities are looking for a man who threatened a woman with a gun after strangling her at a home late Sunday night in the 15600 block of Weathervane Terrace, according to Prince William County Police.
Jeffrey Allen Cutler, 54, of the aforementioned address, is described as black, 5-7, 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He's wanted for abduction, strangulation, domestic assault and battery, grand larceny, use of a firearm in commission of a felony and brandishing a firearm.
Shortly before midnight, police went to the residence for a reported domestic assault. A 47-year-old woman said she and Cutler were in an argument that escalated, during which he grabbed her around the throat. At one point, he whipped out a gun and pointed it at the woman.

She eventually was able to flee the home and contact police, but not before Cutler took her cell phone. He fled before police arrived, and a search of the area came up empty. The woman suffered minor injuries. Anyone with information is urged to call Prince William County Police at 703-792-7000.
