Man Succumbs To Injuries From June 18 Woodbridge Crash
A man died Thursday from injuries suffered in a June 18 crash in the area of Jefferson Davis Highway and Vantage Drive: PWC Police.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A man died Thursday from injuries suffered in a June 18 crash in the area of Jefferson Davis Highway and Vantage Drive, according to Prince William County Police. The fatal victim was identified as Victor Brent Gibbs, 66, of Dumfries. Two other vehicles were involved but no other injuries were reported.
Around 1:30 p.m., police responded to the scene of the crash. An investigation found that the driver of 2000 Toyota Corolla, Gibbs, was headed south on Jefferson Davis Highway. He then tried to make a left turn onto Vantage Drive but then was rammed by the driver of 2014 Honda Ridgeline headed the opposite direction on Jefferson Davis Highway.

The crash forced the vehicles into a third one, a 2005 Acura TL, which had been stopped on Vantage Drive. The driver of the Honda was identified as a 26-year-old Woodbridge man. The driver of the Acura was identified as a 20-year-old Woodbridge woman.
