Man Viciously Assaults Girl, Woman In Woodbridge: Police
A man viciously assaulted two female family members, including a 12-year-old, at a residence in Woodbridge: Prince William County Police.
WOODBRIDGE, VA—A man viciously assaulted two female family members, including a 12-year-old, at a residence Friday in the 15700 block of John Diskins Drive, according to Prince William County Police. Amr Bakr Mohammed, 51, was charged with one count of strangulation, one count of malicious wounding and two counts of domestic assault and battery.
Shortly before 4:30 p.m., police went to the residence for a reported domestic assault. They found that Mohammed was involved in an argument with a woman, 43, and the girl that escalated. When he began punching the woman, the girl intervened and Mohammed put her in a chokehold and then repeatedly kicked her when she was on the ground.
They eventually separated and police were contacted. Minor injuries were reported.
