Man Wanted for Strangling Family Member Arrested in Woodbridge: Police
Brandon Charles Thomas turned himself in to Prince William County Police Tuesday.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A Woodbridge man who allegedly strangled a family member Nov. 11 in the 13100 block of Putnam Circle was arrested Tuesday after turning himself in, according to Prince William County Police.
Brandon Charles Thomas, 30, of the 13100 block of Putnam Court, was charged with strangulation and domestic assault and battery.
Shortly before 8:30 p.m. on Nov. 11, a 31-year-old Woodbridge man said he and Thomas got into a heated argument, during which Thomas allegedly pushed him against a wall, grabbed a shirt and tried to strangle him.

The victim called police and Thomas fled before they arrived.
He's being held without bond.
