Manassas Girl Missing Since 2009 Found in Woodbridge

A juvenile female missing for over a year has been relocated with her family, Prince William County police said.

Prince William County police have located a missing juvenile from Manassas who went missing over a year ago.

Police said they responded to the 1700 block of Ivy Ct. in Woodbridge Wednesday to investigate the girl’s whereabouts. That is when they found the now 15-year-old girl of Manassas.

According to police, the teen had been reported missing back in December of 2009 and information gathered since then led police to the Woodbridge location where the victim was found unharmed.

The residence belonged to an acquaintance of the girl: Balmore Alberto Ulloa, 23, of Woodbridge. He was arrested without incident and has been charged with one count of carnal knowledge and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Ulloa was released on bond.  The victim was returned to family.
