Missing Dumfries Girl Found Safe in Harrisonburg: Police
She was with a man who was charged with Internet-related offenses involving children, according to Prince William County Police.
DUMFRIES, VA — A missing 15-year-old girl, Makayla Mattei, not seen since Monday was found safe Thursday in Harrisonburg with a 21-year-old man who faces criminal charges, according to Prince William County Police.
Meiti Metsla, of Estonia, was charged with using a communication device to solicit certain offenses involving children.
An investigation found he had inappropriate online conversations with Mattei.
