Missing Mother and Baby Found in California
Investigators had been searching for mother and child since authorities were alerted in October. Woman had not been seen since Sept. 4.
MANASSAS — A mother and 3-year-old child missing since Sept. 4 have been located in California and they are safe, according to Prince William County Police.
Police updated the public in a statement on Tuesday, saying the two were in Los Angeles.
Family had alerted investigators in October that Taharah Iman Cobb, 35, and her son had had not been seen since leaving a family member’s home in the 12100 block of Dumfries Road.

Cobb had not made any known contact with friends or family since she was last seen.
