Mob Assault Suspect Arrested In Woodbridge Say Police

A woman was arrested Wednesday for her role in a mob beating of a female acquaintance Sunday in Woodbridge: Prince William County Police.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A woman was arrested Wednesday for her role in a mob beating of a female acquaintance Sunday in the 15700 block of Tassleford Lane, according to Prince William County Police. Destiny Emerie Hernandez, 22, of the 2200 block of West Longview Drive, was charged with malicious wounding by mob and malicious wounding. She's being held without bond.

Shortly before 2 a.m., police arrived at an apartment for a report of an assault. The victim, a 30-year-old woman, said she was confronted in her home by three female acquaintances who proceeded to punch her and kick her for reasons unknown. They then fled in a vehicle. The victim was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.

Another suspect was arrested the day of the assault: Quinette La Quarles, 22, the 2200 block of West Longview Drive, was charged with malicious wounding by mob and malicious wounding. The third suspect remains on the lam and has yet to be identified.
