Motorcyclist Killed In Prince William County Crash

A motorcyclist died Sunday when he collided with a car on Interstate 95 near Woodbridge, Virginia State Police said.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A motorcycle driver was killed Sunday night when his vehicle collided with a BMW sedan on Interstate 95 at the 160 mile marker, according to the Virginia State Police. Authorities have not released the name of the motorcyclist pending the notification of next of kin.

The two-vehicle crash in Prince William County happened just after 7:30 p.m. Sept. 1. Witnesses told state troopers that a Suzuki motorcycle was southbound on I-95 and weaved in and out traffic when it collided with a BMW sedan.

The impact of the crash threw the motorcyclist from the bike; he died at the scene.
