MOVEMENT for Wellness Classes (FIRST Week FREE!)

Blending the mind body disciplines of Yoga and Pilates to reduce stress, pain, anxiety, increase range of motion and strength.

Classes will include gently pilates and yoga movement, breathing practices and deep relaxation. These classes are specifically for those in the process of healing from illnesses and injuries, but are also perfect for those wanting to reduce stress while they gently move the body to increase strength and range of motion.

MONDAYS and WEDNESDAYS at 5:30 pm.
