Naked Man Throws Chairs Off Motel Balcony In Dumfries: Police
A naked man possibly high on PCP threw chairs off a balcony and then charged toward officers at the Red Roof Inn in Dumfries: PWC Police.
DUMFRIES, VA—A naked man possibly high on PCP threw chairs off a balcony and then charged toward arresting officers early Friday in the Red Roof Inn at 17113 Dumfries Road, according to Prince William County Police.
James Miguel Otano, 39, of 2047 Holland Avenue in Bronx, N.Y., was charged with indecent exposure, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, possession of a schedule I or II narcotic and possession of marijuana.
Shortly before 3 a.m., police went to the motel after being alerted to the disturbance. A caller said a nude man was throwing chairs off a balcony, and police found him in a hallway. Otana yelled at officers and then charged toward them.

The cops quickly defused the situation and determined Otano possibly was under the influence of PCP. No injuries were reported and he was taken to jail.
