Near-Fatal Mob Stabbing Leads to Arrests in Dumfries: Police

One suspect remains on the lam, three others arrested, for stabbing in 7-11 parking lot say Prince William County Police.

DUMFRIES, VA — Three people were Tuesday and another remains on the loose for their roles in a near-fatal stabbing Sunday in a 7-11 parking lot at 16806 Jefferson Davis Highway.

Wanted for malicious wounding by mob is Darrlye Amontae Clemons, 19 (above), of the 3300 block of Vineland Place. He's described as a black male, 5-9, 140 pounds with long braided hair.

  • Kevin Howard, 53 (secondary photo), of the 2500 block of Pembrook Court in Woodbridge.
  • Raekwon Malik Bryant 18, of the 3400 block of Belleplain Court.
  • A 17-year-old female juvenile.

The victim, 18, was flown to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries but is expected to survive.

At about 8 p.m., police responded to the store for a report of a stabbing, and the subsequent investigation found that the man was involved in a argument with several unknown men, during which he was stabbed.

The suspects fled the area, and police say the incident does not appear to be random.
