New Eatery Hiring Workers for Potomac Mills Location

Chuy’s, a Tex-Mex chain, is hiring about 175 employees for its newest restaurant, opening in January near Potomac Mills mall.

Chuy’s Woodbridge will be at 2641 Prince William Parkway (see map below). Founded in 1982 in Austin, Texas, Chuy’s serves authentic Tex-Mex food in an eclectic atmosphere full of color and personality. The menu offers family recipes from south Texas, New Mexico and Mexican border towns, all made to order from the freshest ingredients.

Chuy’s is hiring employees for a variety of full- and part-time positions, including hosts, servers, bussers and bartenders. It’s also looking for kitchen staff to help prepare its made-from-scratch dishes and signature sauces.

Interested applicants can apply from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday in the Chuy’s hiring office, at the future site of Chuy’s Woodbridge.

The opening next month of Chuy’s Woodbridge will be the restaurant’s third Northern Virginia location, joining Chuy’s Fairfax (11219 Lee Highway) and Chuy’s Springfield (6793 Springfield Mall).
