The 2013 NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs may have started a little shakey for the Washington Capitals, but they head in to Saturday's second game at the Verizon Center against the New York Rangers with a 1-0 series lead.

Thursday night, the Rangers had a two-man advantage that the Caps handled without giving up a goal.

Then, just over a minute later and midway through the game, Marcus Johansson gave Washington a 2-1 lead. Jason Chimera added the final goal of the game 46 seconds later to give Washington a 3-1 lead heading to Saturday afternoon's home contest.
