Obituaries: Doris Mulgrew and Tina Griffin

Doris Mulgrew, 80, of Woodbridge, passed away Sept. 11, 2013. 

The family will receive friends from 5-9 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 12, 2013 at Miller Funeral Home, 3200 Golansky Blvd.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, Sept. 13, at 9:45 a.m. at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church, 13752 Mary's Way, Woodbridge, VA 22191 with interment to follow at Mount Comfort Cemetery.

Christina "Tina" Griffin, 63, passed away on September 7, 2013. 

Tina loved quilting, music and photography. She worked for the United States Department of Agriculture for over 30 years. 

Tina is survived by her mother, Julia Garmon, her sister and brother-in-law, Gina and Johnson Garner, her daughter and son-in-law, Andrea and Reuben Menefee, her son and his fiancée, Bradley Griffin and Denise Righter, grandsons Caleb Menefee, Cory Menefee, and Dakota Griffin, her companion John Schell and a host of family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Boyce Garmon. 

A memorial service will be scheduled at the family's convenience. Donations in Tina's name may be made to the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
