He was born on December 22, 1941 in Washington, DC, was raised in Brentwood, Maryland, lived in Dumfries/Woodbridge area for over 45 years before retiring to Conway 7 years ago.
A viewing will be held from 5-8 p.m. Monday, March 11, at Mountcastle Turch Funderal Home, 4143 Dale Blvd.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 12, at First Mount Zion Baptist Church, 16622 Dumfries Road, with repass to follow.
