Robert D. Hash, 86, of Woodbridge, passed away at Virginia Hospital Center after a short illness on April 12, 2013.

He was born to the late Eugene and Nora Hash in 1927. He served in the Merchant Marines and The US Army. Robert retired from the Department of Defense in 1982.

He is survived by his loving wife of sixty-two years, Alma; two sons, Ray and Steve; five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. 

Family and friends will be received at Mountcastle Turch Funeral Home, 4143 Dale Blvd. on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 from 10 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Quantico National Cemetery.

• Terry William Hedrick — A service will be held at Calvary Baptist Church at 15880 Crest Dr. on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at 11 a.m. An internment service for family and close friends will be held at Quantico National Cemetery on Friday April 19, 2013 at noon.
