Occoquan To Host Art Festival on May 9

On Saturday, May 9, the town of Occoquan will host Art on the Block, celebrating local artists. These participating galleries will have colored balloons out front:

• Red Art & Design, 125 Mill Street
• Spiral Creations, 304 Mill Street
• Artists’ Undertaking Gallery, 309 Mill Street
• Art A La Carte, 310 Mill Street
• The Loft Gallery, 313 Mill Street
• The Loft Art Center, 313 Mill Street

Each gallery will host a reception, and there will be art demonstrations and special prize drawings.
