'Occoquan Peep Show' will hit in downtown April 15, with the sugary marshmallow treats used as props for a variety of art at area shops.
OCCOQUAN, VA — Who knew Easter peeps, those sugary marshmallow creations, could be used for much more than, say, tooth decay? Or do more than just sit there wrapped in plastic in a cardboard carton on a store shelf?
Well, check this out. It's the Occoquan Peep Show, 11 a.m.-4 p.m. April 15 along the streets and businesses in downtown.
More than 20 shops will present a unique variety of dioramas with the Easter peeps as their stars.
