One of Three Suspects Arrested For 7-Eleven Robberies in Woodbridge: Police

Still on the lam is Christopher Lorenzo Soto, 19, according to Prince William County Police. Another suspect is jailed on unrelated charges.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A woman was identified and arrested Tuesday for her role in a series of armed robberies by three people Aug. 7 at 7-Eleven stores in the eastern part of the county, according to Prince William County Police.

Rachel Cornelia Billingsley, 24, of the 2700 block of Myrtlewood Drive in Dumfries, was charged with three counts of robbery and three counts of conspiracy to commit robbery.

Wanted for three counts of robbery, three counts of burglary while armed, three counts of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and three counts of wearing a mask in public is Christopher Lorenzo Soto, 19, of no fixed address.

He's described as white, 5-7, 200 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.

The third suspect, a 21-year-old Arlington man, already is in custody for unrelated charges.
