OpenTable Taps Occoquan's Bistro L'Hermitage One of Nation's Top 100 Restaurants

WOODBRIDGE, VA — Wow. Here's a suggestion as to why it might be wise to check out a certain restaurant on the Occoquan waterfront — if you haven't already.

We're talking about Bistro L'Hermitage, and the classic French bistro has been named one of the nation's top 100 restaurants by OpenTable, an online restaurant reservation website.

The inclusion was based on the opinions of more than 10 million restaurant reviews submitted by verified OpenTable diners for more than 24,000 restaurants in all 50 states and D.C.

Bistro L'Hermitage, 12724 Occoquan Road, opened in 2007, is the vision of veteran D.C.-area restaurant guru Youssef Eagle Essaki.

Its motto: "Hospitality is the Art of Making Others Feel Welcome, Comfortable, and at Home. It is the Talent for Spreading Warmth and Kindness that will be Remembered Always."
