A pedestrian suffered life-threatening injuries in a car wreck Wednesday morning off Old Bridge Road, according to Prince William County Police.
The victim, who has not been identified, was flown to a local hospital.
According to police, the wreck involved a single car and the pedestrian in the 12600 block of Smoketown Road in front of the Walgreens.
