Pedestrian Killed Crossing Rippon Boulevard in Woodbridge: Police
The 18-year-old female wasn't using the designated crosswalk, according to Prince William Police. The driver remained on the scene.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A pedestrian was killed after being struck by a vehicle while trying to cross Rippon Boulevard, according to Prince William County Police.
Nana Owusuaa, 18, of Woodbridge, was hit Tuesday and died Thursday from her injuries.
The driver, a 47-year-old Dumfries man, remained at the scene. Police say speed, alcohol or drugs were not factors in the accident, and charges are not pending.

Shortly after 6 p.m., police responded to the scene and found that the driver was headed east on Rippon Boulevard just east of Jefferson Davis Highway. Owusuaa was crossing the road outside of the intersection and designated crosswalk.
