Person Found Dead In Burned-Out Vehicle In Woodbridge UPDATE
UPDATE: Someone was found dead inside a vehicle engulfed in flames Thursday morning in Woodbridge, according to Prince William Police.
UPDATE: Following the autopsy, authorities are labeling the death a murder, according to Prince William County Police.
WOODBRIDGE, VA—Someone was found dead inside a vehicle engulfed in flames Thursday morning at 14300 Veterans Drive, according to Prince William County Police. The person's identity is not known, and the body was taken to the Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy.
Shortly before 8 a.m., police responded to Veterans Park for a reported vehicle on fire. Once the fire was extinguished, fire crews found the body. Further details will be forthcoming.
