Police: Armed Robbery at Best Western in Woodbridge Area

Suspect fled hotel on foot with cash, according to Prince William County Police.

Prince William County Police is looking for help identifying a suspect in a hotel robbery on Sunday afternoon in the Woodbridge area.

A man reportedly walked into the Best Western at 14619 Potomac Mills Road in Woodbridge early in the afternoon. Employees told police that he approached the counter in the lobby and implied he had a weapon.

The man demanded money and fled the scene on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. No injuries were reported.

Police describe the suspect as a black male, between 28 & 38 years of age, 5’10”, 180lbs with a medium build, dark complexion, short black hair, brown eyes and a goatee. He was last seen wearing a gray long sleeve shirt and jeans.
