Police: Fatal Stabbing Victim Identified
Man found on townhouse steps doesn't appear to have any connection to the home, according to police.
Police have identified the man found suffering from a stab wound on the steps of a townhouse Sunday morning.
Gilbert Kinard, 48, of no fixed address, appears to have no connection to the home, according to Prince William County Police.
A man walking his dog found the victim in the 15200 block of Brazil Circle. Kinard was suffering from a stub wound to the upper body. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
