Update: Missing Man, 42, Has Been Found
Prince William County police call off search for local individual in less than a day.

The Prince William County Police Department announced Tuesday afternoon that a 42-year-old man reported missing “has been located and is safe.”

The individual, Jaja Rowe, had been last seen on foot at about 3 p.m. Monday in the area of the Lowe’s store at Smoketown Plaza in Woodbridge, the police said Tuesday morning in announcing that he was missing.
The police also said Tuesday morning that Rowe may have needed assistance, which qualified him as being endangered.
