Police: Man Stabbed Multiple Times in Dumfries Altercation
Attack followed argument with an unknown man, according to Prince William County Police.

A man is recovering from stab wounds to his abdomen and his back in an incident last week in Dumfries, according to Prince William County Police.
Officers first learned of the incident when responding at 2:11 a.m. Oct. 15 to Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center regarding the stabbing.
The victim, a 32-year-old Woodbridge man was admitted to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries after driven by an acquaintance.

Police learned the victim had been in the area of Sherwood Place and Pheasant Lane in Dumfries with other individuals. He had gotten into an argument with an unknown man. When the encounter escalated, the unknown man stabbed the victim multiple times.
Police describe the suspect as a black male, between 5’6”-5’8”, 165lbs with a medium build and short black hair.
