Police: Motorcycle Driver Dies in Wreck, Charges Pending
A passenger on the motorcycle was injured in the mid-day crash Tuesday, according to Prince William County Police.

Prince William County Police is investigating a fatal wreck Tuesday involving a truck and a motorcycle. The driver of the motorcycle died from his injuries and a passenger was seriously injured, according to police.
The fatal victim has been identified as Justin Casey Felch, 26, of Woodbridge.
Officers responded at 12:24 p.m. Tuesday to the area of Jefferson Davis Highway and Chesapeake Drive in Dumfries.

According to investigators, the driver of a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado was making a left turn onto Jefferson Davis Highway when he crossed paths with the 2010 Yamaha T-Max driven by Felch.
Felch and the passenger, identified as a 31-year-old man from Dumfries, were taken to an area hospital. Both were wearing helmets at the time of the wreck.

The driver of the Silverado has been identified as a 57-year-old man from Germantown, Maryland.
Police say speed, alcohol and drug use were not factors in the crash.
Charges are pending, according to police.
