Police: Richmond Man Charged With Sexual Assault at Wal-Mart
He's being held at a jail in Stafford County, say Prince William County police.

A Richmond man sitting in a Stafford County jail has been charged with committing a sexual assault last month at the Wal-Mart in Dumfries.
Prince William County police detectives served an arrest warrant Monday on Lance Daniel Dickson, 35, of 118 W. Marshall St. in Richmond, at the Rappahannock Regional Jail, according to a police report.

Dickson was previously arrested and jailed on an unrelated matter, the police said. He’s being held without bond, and his next date in court is Sept. 8.
On July 10, a 29-year-old Woodbridge woman reported to police that she was shopping inside the Wal-Mart at 17041 Jefferson Davis Highway (Route 1) when she was approached by an unknown man, later identified as Dickson. The man allegedly rubbed against the victim and inappropriately touched her over her clothing, the police said.

Following the incident, the victim immediately notified store employees. No further contact was made and no injuries were reported, the police said.
