Police: Three Shot Early Sunday in Woodbridge
Two of the victims are 17-year-olds and the third is 20. All are expected to recover, according to Prince William County Police.

Prince William County Police is investigating a shooting early Sunday in the Woodbridge area.
At 2:37 a.m., officers responded to the 4000 block of Forestdale Avenue. A 20-year-old victim had been walking with three friends to a party advertised on social media when they were approached by seven acquaintances in vehicles.

Individuals in a separate vehicle, described as a gray or silver SUV, confronted the group. A passenger in the SUV allegedly pulled out a handgun and began firing, according to Prince William County Police.
The 20-year-old was shot in the lower body. A resident in the area witnessed the encounter and provided assistance to the victim until first responders arrived.

Two other victims, both 17, a male and female who were occupants in the initial vehicle, were later located at an area hospital with gunshot wounds to the lower body during the same incident.
All three victims were treated at area hospitals and are expected to recover from their wounds, according to police.
The suspect is described as a black male, heavy set, with dreadlocks, wearing a black or dark colored hoodie and green shorts.
