Police: Two Business Burglaries Within Minutes

Prince William County Police is investigating two commercial burglaries that occurred blocks apart and within minutes of each other early Wednesday morning.

Employees at the EZ Storage at 14924 Jefferson Davis Hwy. told police that a burglary occurred between 3:36 a.m. and 3:39 a.m. Wednesday.

Entry was made through a front glass door that was damaged. An undisclosed amount of cash was missing.

Employees of the Popeyes at 14400 Jefferson Davis Hwy. also reported a burglary that reportedly occurred just minutes after the EZ Storage break-in.

Between 3:45 a.m. and 3:55 a.m., entry was made into the business through the drive-up window. Police say there was no signs of forced entry and an undisclosed amount of cash was reported missing.
