Police officers responded to the incident at 5:38 a.m. at the CVS at 13600 Jefferson Davis Highway (Route 1), at the intersection with Occoquan Road, the police report said. The victim, a Woodbridge resident, told the officers that she was cleaning out her vehicle in the CVS parking lot when she was approached by an unknown man.

During the encounter, the man spoke briefly to the victim before he inappropriately touched her over her clothing, the police said.

The man then walked away on foot. No further contact was made and no injuries were reported. The officers checked the immediate area and did not locate the suspect.

Images from the drug store’s surveillance camera showed the suspect entering the CVS shortly before the reported incident, according to the police report.
