Prince William Coronavirus Update: 5,074 Cases, 99 Deaths
There are 5,074 total cases of the new coronavirus in Prince William County as of Tuesday morning.
PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VA – There are 5,074 total cases of the new coronavirus in Prince William County as of Tuesday morning, according to the Virginia Department of Health, with 435 hospitalizations and 99 deaths.
To date, the Prince William Health District has had 15 coronavirus outbreaks. There are 154 coronavirus cases associated with an outbreak, and 278 confirmed cases in healthcare workers.
As of Wednesday, Virginia now has 40,249 total confirmed cases of the coronavirus, 907 more cases in the past 24 hours. - 0-9: 205 cases
- 10-19: 397 cases
- 20-29: 1,111 cases
- 30-39: 1,190 cases

- 80+: 149 cases

SCHOOLS
All schools in Virginia are closed through the rest of the academic year for in-person teaching in response to the coronavirus outbreak.
In-person high school graduations for Prince William County Public schools have been scheduled for August, school officials have announced. High schools principals have recommended graduation ceremony dates of Aug. 4, 5, 6 and 7. Specific dates and time will be decided in the next few weeks, school officials said. MORE
