PWC Men Arrested After House Party Leads To Drugs, Weapons Bust

STAFFORD COUNTY, VA – Two men from Prince William County were among those arrested after a disturbance at a house party in Stafford County on Saturday.

According to the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to reports of loud noises and several vehicles at a residence on Indian Point Road at around 11:40 p.m. Saturday. En route, deputies learned that shots had been fired in the area.

Deputies learned that the house was being used for a party and found shell casings at the scene, but no injuries. Jonathan Abdulai, 18, of Woodbridge, was arrested for public intoxication and held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.

Shortly before 10 a.m. Sunday, units were dispatched to a wooded area near Indian Point Road following a report that five suspects had just left in a vehicle. Deputies stopped the vehicle and searched it, finding several firearms and cash. More firearms, narcotics and a scale were later found inside the residence on Indian Point Road, the sheriff's office said.

One of the firearms was discovered to have been stolen from Alexandria. Another had its serial number removed, and a third was outfitted with an illegal auto sear, a modification to make it fire continuously.

Two Alexandria men, Kleymer Diaz Chicas, 19, and Anibok Addison Simms, 18, were charged with possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance with the intent to distribute, selling a Schedule I or II controlled substance while possessing a firearm, removal of a firearm’s serial number, possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance, carrying a concealed weapon without a permit, grand larceny of a firearm, and possession of an auto sear.

Anner Chaves, 19, of Alexandria, and Musa Turay, 19, of Dumfries, were charged with possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance with the intent to distribute, selling a Schedule I or II controlled substance while displaying a firearm, removal of a firearm’s serial number, possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance, carrying a concealed weapon without a permit, grand larceny of a firearm, and possession of an auto sear.

Chase McKnight, 19, of Alexandria, was charged with two counts of possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance with the intent to distribute, selling a Schedule I or II controlled substance while possessing a firearm, removal of a firearm’s serial number, possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance, carrying a concealed weapon without a permit, grand larceny of a firearm, and possession of an auto sear.

All five are being held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond, with hearings scheduled at the end of June or beginning of July.
